逐级拟合填充模型在中高渗地层钻井液中应用

摘要 为了有效阻止钻井液中有害固相颗粒及滤液侵入储层深部,通过研究建立了一套适合于新疆油田中、高渗油藏有效封堵的"逐级拟合填充"模型,并根据该模型推导出填充粒子的粒径配比及加量。对新疆油田储层段岩心孔喉大小分布和频率进行了分析,结果表明:岩心样本的最大孔喉半径为75μm,平均孔喉半径为6~11μm,岩心孔喉半径主要分布在10~63μm;根据岩心孔喉分布特征进行模型计算,得到该油田中高渗储层的最佳级配方案。室内评价试验表明:优选的级配暂堵剂能将聚磺钻井液体系的渗透率恢复值从70%提高到90%以上,具有良好的储层保护效果,同时表明"逐级拟合填充"模型具有现实的应用意义。 In order to effectively prevent the harmful solid particles and filtrate in the drilling fluids from invading deep reservoir,a set of fitting progressively filling model which is suitable to permeability reservoirs plugging in Xinjiang Oilfield is studied and established.The particle size ratio and adding amount of filling particles can be calculated through the model.The distribution and frequency of pore throat size of core in Xinjiang Oilfield reservoirs is analyzed and the results show that the maximum pore throat radius of the core samples is 75 μm,the average pore throat radius is 6-11 μm,and the pore throat radius is mainly distributed in the range of 10-63 μm.The optimum granular composition scheme is determined by model calculation based on distribution of the pore throat radius of the core.The laboratory evaluation test indicates that the permeability recovery of polysulfonate drilling fluid system can be enhanced from 70% to 90% by using optimized grading temporary plugging agent,which performs excellent reservoir protection effects,and shows practical application meaning of fitting progressively filling model.
