摘要
转型发展背景下加强民办高校文化建设,不仅是增强民办高校自身核心竞争力的必然选择,而且是区域经济社会发展的现实要求,也是区域经济社会文明进步的重要标志。民办高校文化建设服务区域经济社会发展存在的问题有:服务区域经济社会发展的意识不强、能力较弱、高校文化建设的特色不够鲜明等。因此,在转型背景的浪潮中,民办高校在文化建设方面应转变思想观念,增强服务意识,提升服务能力,融合区域发展等。
Enhancing the cultural construction of private colleges during its transitional development is not only an inevitable choice for reinforcing its own key competitiveness, but also a realistic requirement for regional economy development and social development, as well as a core landmark of social civilization progress for the regional econo- my. Problems right now existing in the service of college of private education to regional economy development and social development are as following： having no service mind, not bearing such service capability, and no ideal feature on its own cultural construction. Thus, during its transitional development, private colleges should change its mind, re- inforce its service thinking, enhance its service capability, so as to integrate to regional development.
