摘要
民法的双重体系分别为内在体系和外在体系,内在体系代表民法的根本价值取向,外在体系则是指由事实生活抽象而出的各种法的概念。基于此,论文就社会基础变迁对民法双重体系构建的影响进行分析,旨在更好地促进民法的完善。
The dual system of civil law is internal system and extemal system. The internal system represents the basic value orientation of civil law, and the external system refers to the concept of the law which is abstracted from the real life. Based on this, this paper analyzes the influence of socialinfrastructure changes on the construction of civil law system, aims to promote the perfection of civil law.
