摘要
目的研究分析彩超在急诊中对腹部和外周血管急症疾病的临床应用价值。方法选取腹部和外周血管急症患者46例,用彩超诊断方式进行影像学检查,并将其诊断结果与血管造影或手术病理检查结果进行对照分析。结果彩超诊断方式的诊出率为97.83%。结论急诊彩超对腹部与外周血管急症的诊断效果良好。
Objective To study the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the emergency of abdominal and peripheral vascular disease. Methods 46 cases of patients with acute abdomen and peripheral vascular diseases were examined by color doppler ultrasonography, and the results were compared with the results of angiography and surgical pathology. Results The diagnostic rate of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 97.83%. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of abdominal and peripheral vascular emergencies.
