士兵不同体能训练模式的试验性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索适合我军陆军常规部队的训练模式,使其能够有效提高士兵的体能及作战能力,同时又有效降低军事训练伤发生率,为有针对性的训练方式方法提供理论依据。方法随机抽取某陆军步兵团160名无军事训练史的健康汉族男性入伍新兵,分成两组,一组为试验组,采用以"循环训练法"^([1])为理念设计的强化体能训练的方法,主要是根据人体内供能形式的不同分为有氧训练和无氧训练,然后通过训练方式的组合进行循环训练;一组为对照组,采用部队常用体能训练方法。检测指标:3000 m成绩,安静脉搏,肺活量,乳酸和最大摄氧量等指标,参训人员的军事训练伤发生率。结果训练后试验组与对照组比较:安静脉搏降低,肺活量、VO_2max、LD、3000 m成绩与训练前相比较明显提高(P<0.05),两组间绩效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组军事训练伤发生率为3.1%,对照组军事训练伤发生率为7.5%,两组间训练伤发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论以"循环训练法"^([1])为理念设计的有氧训练和无氧训练相结合的体能训练方法可有效提高作战部队士兵的体能并有效减少军事训练伤的发生。 Objective To explore the training mode suitable for conventional army so that it can effectively improve the physical and operational capability,thus effectively reducing the incidence of military training injuries, as well providing theoretical basis for targeted training. Methods One hundred and sixty soldiers infantry regiments were recruited randomly from the army. The healthy male recruits were divided into two groups:trial group which received the method of strengthening physical training designed by the method of "circulatory training" mainly based on the human body forms of energy into aerobic training and anaerobic training,then through the combination of training methods for circular training;and control group which received routine physical training methods used in the army. Detection index:3000m score,heart rate,vital capacity,lactic acid level,VO2max and the military training injury rate. Results The former results including quiet pulse decrease,Vital capacity, VO2max,LD,3000m scores were significantly improved compared with before training(P〈0.05);There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The incidence rate of military training injury in the trial group was 3.1% ,that in the control group was 7.5% ,there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Physical training method based on the combination of aerobic training and anaerobic training with the concept of "circular training method" can improve the physical fitness of soldiers and reduce the incidence of military training injuries.
