MPD技术在印尼基岩地层微欠平衡钻井实践 被引量:1

摘要 印尼加帮区块基岩储层地层压力低,前期钻井十余口,但油气勘探效果不佳,分析认为主要原因是钻井过程中采用的钻井液密度过高。但使用常规欠平衡作业无法保障探井的施工安全。最终在该区块应用精细控压钻井系统进行微欠平衡钻井作业,通过微流量实时监测,利用回压泵和自动节流管汇对井底压力进行控制,采用微欠平衡的精细控压钻井作业方式取得油气发现。文章简述了使用精细控压钻井系统进行微欠平衡钻井在印尼现场的应用概况并进行分析,该技术的应用取得了良好油气发现,保证了探井钻井作业的安全。 The bedrock reservoirs at Jiabang,Indonesia are featured with low formation pressure,the exploration efficiency was unsatisfactory in more than 10 wells drilling drilled previous-ly due to the too high mud density used. And the conventional UBD could not guarantee the safe drilling of exploration wells.Therefore the micro-underbalanced MPD technology was applied at this block by using real-time monitoring,back pressure and throttle manifold to control bottom hole pressure,and micro-underbalanced MPD process to improve the discovery of oil and gas. The application of MPD system in exploratory well NEB B-1was introduced and analyzed. The application resulted in good oil/gas show discovery and safe drilling operation.
