摘要
在环境风险评价与安全(预)评价中,需要对有毒有害、易燃易爆的气体进行潜在危害定量预测计算与评价,运用相关气体泄漏模型对气体泄漏量进行准确的计算与预测,是隐患识别和进行安全与环境风险应急管理的重要前提。分析临界流条件下气体泄漏计算公式存在的问题,认为目前国家环境风险评价、安全评价有关导则、规范和教材、学术论文中普遍对音速流动(临界流)气体泄漏模型中气体分子量参数意义的界定存在概念表述不当的问题,将参数意义应为千克摩尔质量的M界定为分子量,会引起气体泄漏量计算结果出现较大偏差,并着重探讨了计算模型中参数M的意义,同时使用量纲分析法进行了相关证明。
In the environmental risk assessment and safety(pre)assessment,it is necessary to predict and calculate the potential leakage hazards of poisonous,flammable and explosive gases,and develop strategies and measures according to the predicted results.Thus,it is an important prerequisite for identification of potential hazards and safety and environmental risk emergency management to correctly calculate and predict the leakage rate by utilizing the suitable gas leakage model.This paper analyzes the problem of the gas leakage model under the condition of critical flow.The problem is that now there is generally something improper about the parameter gas molecular weight(M)in the supersonic flow(critical flow)gas leakage model in the guidelines,regulations,teaching materials and papers on environmental impact and safety assessment.The parameter Mshould be defined as the molar mass(in kilogram per mole)instead of the molecular weight,otherwise the results of leakage calculation turn out to go awry.The paper focuses on the meaning of the parameter Min the model and proves the idea by the dimensional method.
