摘要
本文通过对加工材品种钢连铸大包浇毕的精炼炉渣进行热态回收利用进行研究,验证回收的精炼炉渣化学性能和理化指标,满足LF炉的工艺生产要求,使回收的精炼炉渣用于品种钢生产的精炼工序,达到精炼炉渣再生循环利用,有效地降低炼钢厂品种钢的生产成本,同时减少工业固废的排放。
In this paper, recycling of LF refining slag dumped from ladle in which molten steel of high quality wire rod steel has been poured out in continuous casting is studied. The physical and chemical properties of recycling slag are proved to meet requirements of LF refining technology so that the recy- cling slag is used in LF refining of high quality steel. The refining slag is recycled successfully so that the productive cost of high quality steel decreases effectively in my steelmaking plant and emission of industrial solid waste decreases.
