某型机组配备了苏尔寿液压旁路系统。根据旁路系统运行的技术要点,对系统进行调试。在旁路系统的启动及调试过程中,常易发生某些故障。根据故障现象,分析了故障产生的原因,并进行了相应处理,为同类型机组的液压旁路系统的调试工作及日常运行,提供参考。
A type of unit is equipped with Sulzer hydraulic bypass system. According to the technical points of the bypass system, the system is debugged. During the start-up and commissioning of the bypass system, some faults often occur. According to the fault phenomena, the causes of the faults are analyzed, and the corresponding treatment is carried out, which provides reference for the hydraulic system of the same type.
