减振轨道结构差异不平顺理论评价方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究目的:不同轨道结构之间的差异引起轨道的动力不平顺,是减振轨道结构设计的关键技术之一,理论研究缺乏系统有效的评价方法,尚未形成对减振轨道结构差异不平顺的评价和控制标准。因此,本文将车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论和灰色评价理论相结合,探究基于灰色关联度的减振轨道结构差异不平顺动力响应多指标综合评价方法。研究结论:(1)该方法采用三维车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型计算各类轨道不平顺激扰对应的动力学响应指标;(2)评价基准对象的构建以确定型几何不平顺的工程管理规范、标准为依据,根据动力学计算结果综合分析后确定;(3)评价结果以灰色关联度序列呈现,便于理解和应用;(4)算例表明,三种典型减振轨道的结构差异不平顺等效满足几何不平顺的工程规范和标准要求,在其激扰下,车辆、轨道系统的动力学性能表现较好的是钢弹簧浮置板系统,弹性短轨枕次之,减振扣件相对较差;(5)基于灰色关联度的多指标综合评价方法具有评价信息综合能力强、与工程应用结合紧密、操作过程简便的特点,该方法对采用动力学仿真方法进行轨道设计参数研究和方案评价等具有借鉴意义。 Research purposes: Due to the use of vibration damping track, the track differences caused the track's dynamic irregularity. As for structure design of vibration reduction track, it is one of the key technologies to reduce the dynamic performance of the vehicle and track system. But at present, there is a lack of theoretical system research, and no standard and specification for the track structural difference irregularities. Therefore, a multi index comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation degree is proposed. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The dynamic response parameters of various track irregularities are calculated using the three- dimensional vehicle track coupling dynamic model. (2) In order to avoid the subjective influence of the evaluation results, the construction of the reference object is based on the engineering standards and specifications of the geometric irregularity. (3) The evaluation results are presented in the grey relational degree sequence, which is easy to understand and apply. (4) The structural difference irregularities of the three typical vibration damping tracks are equivalently satisfying the requirements of engineering standard of geometric irregularity. Under the excitation, dynamic response propertie of the vehicle and track system of floating slab track is better, and that of vibration damping fastener is relatively poor. (5) The multi index comprehensive evaluation method has the following characteristics. The evaluationinformation comprehensive ability is strong, the combination with engineering is closely, and the operation process is simple and convenient. This method has reference value for the study of the track parameters and the evaluation of the program by using the dynamic simulation method.
