摘要 本文研究一种基于SVM-DTC(空间矢量)矢量控制方式,以飞思卡尔的MC56FB2723为控制芯片,开发一款能根椐冰箱负荷来控制无位置传感器的直流无刷永磁电机的控制器;此控制器由开关电源模块、电机模块、信号接收模块组成;开关电源模块为MCU(控制芯片)及控制电路提供电源,电机模块负责电机的驱动,信号接收模块负责接收转化主控板传送过来的频率信号转换。经过测试,本控制器可靠性高、可以提高压缩机COP值、降低噪声并可抑制压缩机振动,综合指标可以达到国内先进水平。 The mainly developing subjects of refrigerator industry are frequency conversion, energy-saving, freshness- reservation, The controller use MC56FB2723 of Freescale Semi-conduct Inc. as the MCU to control and drive the BLDC motor, The controller are made of three models, The power model supplies driving power for motor and MCU, The motor model drive the motor of compressor running regally, the Sign receiving model are responsible for the receiving and converting of frequency sign. Basing on the testing, we can draw a conclusion that the controller is robust and can drive the compressor with high COP., less noise, less vibrancy, It already reach the high performance level of the international.
