摘要
为了满足我国沿海风力发电机组安装用大型单桩基础的施工,研发了ZDZD-100重型工程钻机。该钻机充分考虑了海上施工平台的抗浪稳定性,采用多系统一体布置、全新钻杆结构、钻杆连接工艺及可变径钻头,使该钻机成为目前世界上性能最先进、系统最复杂且能力最大的多功能工程钻机,为海上风电设备安装及各类矿井钻凿提供了性能可靠的新型设备。
To satisfy the installation demand of the large single-pile foundation of the wind power generation set in coastal region of China, ZDZD-100 heavy engineering drilling rig was designed. In view of the anti-surge stability of the construction platform on the sea surface, the drilling rig was characterized by integrate multisystem layout, new structure of drilling rod, new connection mode of drilling rod and variable-diameter drilling bit. The rig is the most complicated multi-function engineering drilling rig with the most advanced performance and the maximum capability. It has become a new-type reliable facility for installation of the wind power generation equipments on the sea surface and various shaft-drilling operation.
