调Q激光大光斑低能量联合氨甲环酸综合治疗黄褐斑的效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨调Q激光大光斑低能量联合氨甲环酸综合治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法接收在我院患有黄褐斑的患者一共有84例,随机分为研究组、对照组,对照组对病人采取调Q激光大光斑低能量进行治疗,研究组对病人采取调Q激光大光斑低能量联合氨甲环酸综合治疗,对比两组病人的治疗效果和不良反应。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.47%;对照组的治疗总有效率为71.43%,研究组病人的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,其之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为7.14%,对照组的不良反应发生率为16.67%,研究组病人的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,其之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄褐斑采取调Q激光大光斑低能量联合氨甲环酸综合治疗的效果可靠,同时不良反应较少,对患者病情恢复起到良好的促进作用,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of low energy combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma by Q-switched laser light. Methods A total of 84 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into study group,control group and control group. The patients were treated with Q-ray laser light and low energy. The study group took Q-switched laser Large light spot combined with low-energy combination of tranexamic acid treatment,compared the two groups of patients with treatment and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 90.47% in the study group and 71.43% in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14% in the study group and 16.67% in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Chloasma has a reliable effect of combined treatment with tranexamic acid combined with tranexamic acid,and has less adverse reaction,which has a good effect on the recovery of patients' disease.
