摘要 褐色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)在机体的体温调节、非颤抖性产热以及体重维持等方面都发挥了重要作用。褐色脂肪组织(BAT)能够转化化学储存的能量,将甘油三酯转化为热能。最近研究发现,在成年人体内也存在功能性的褐色脂肪组织。成年人若具有代谢活性的BAT,则预示着其身体具有一个良好的代谢状态。因此,BAT现在被视为一个有趣的研究目标,用于治疗肥胖和相关代谢疾病如2型糖尿病。BAT除了与健康代谢状态之间的关系密切,其体积和两个骨截面积与骨密度之间也呈正相关关系,表明BAT可能参与骨合成代谢。本文主要对BAT研究领域作简要概述和总结,并讨论关于BAT参与骨代谢的最新研究进展。 Brown adipose tissue( BAT) plays a significant role in thermoregulation,non-trembling heat production and body weight maintenance in human being.Brown adipose tissue( BAT) can transform chemically stored energy into heat in the form of triglycerides.Recent studies showed that adults retain metabolically active BAT depots.The activity of BAT correlates with a healthier metabolic status.Thus,BAT tissue is nowconsidered as an interesting target for therapies against obesity and associated diseases such as type 2 diabetes.Induction of BAT would be beneficial for these disease states.Besides the correlation between BAT activity and a favorable metabolic status,recent studies have also shown a positive association between BAT volume and both bone mineral density and bone cross-sectional area,suggesting that BAT might correlated with bone anabolism.The aim of this reviewis to provide a brief overviewof the BAT research field and to summarize the findings on the potential role of BAT in bone metabolism.
