摘要
O2O和B2C是当下医药电子商务主要发展模式,其中O2O做为新兴医药电子商务模式通过借助互联网"大数据"优势将线上服务与线下营销相融合,促进精准营销,优化资源配置。本文主要在消费者信任度、配送效率、覆盖面及服务对B2C和O2O模式的优势和劣势进行比较分析,并根据二者在发展过程中的互补性为医药零售连锁企业的电子商务模式的创新发展给出合理建议。
At present,O2O and B2C are the main patterns of medical e-commerce. And as a new pattern,O2O can promote precision marking and optimize allocation of resource by integrating online service and offline marking. The object of this paper is to compare B2C and O2O from consumer confidence,delivery efficiency,coverage and service and then make reasonable suggestions for pharmacy chains which is aim to develop e-commerce in term of the complementation between B2C and O2O.
