分析了硅橡胶基础聚合物生产过程中真空泵内低分子物的生成原因,探讨利用硅油代替矿物油用于真空泵润滑的可行性,以期将低分子物重新返回系统进行再利用。
The paper analyzes the reasons why the low molecular materials in vacuum pump appears in the process of silicone rubber polymers, explores the feasibility of using silicone oil instead of mineral oil in the vacuum pump lubrication, and expects to recycle the low molecular back to the system.
