摘要
目的了解某院卫生人力资源与医疗服务量的发展趋势,为医院卫生人力资源发展规划提供理论依据。方法运用统计描述、动态数列和升降趋势检验、相关分析。结果医院卫生人力资源数量与临床服务量均呈逐年上升趋势,卫生技术人员数和门诊总人次、出院总人次的平均发展速度分别为106.62%、116.67%、111.60%;患者平均住院日呈逐年下降趋势,平均发展速度为98.92%。医院卫生技术人员数与门诊总人次、出院总人次之间均存在正相关,与平均住院日存在负相关。医疗服务量的发展速度大于卫生人力资源的发展速度。结论医院需加强卫生人力资源工作,与医疗服务量的增长速度相适宜。
Objective To understand the development trend of health human resources and medical services in a hospital, and to provide theoretical basis for the development of hospital health human resources. Methods Using statistical description, dynamic sequence and lifting trend test, correlation analysis. Results The number of health human resources in the hospital and clinic service were increased year by year, and the number of health professionals and hospital outpatient vis- its, the total number of average development rate were 106.62% , 116.67% and 111.60% ; The average hospitalization days were decreased year by year, the average growth rate of 98.92%. There was a positive correlation between the number of hos- pital health technicians and the total number of outpatient visits, the total number of hospital discharge, and there was a nega- tive correlation between the average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization days. Conclusion The development speed of the medical service is greater than that of the health human resource. Hospital needs to strengthen health human re- sources work, and the volume of medical services, the growth rate of appropriate.
