摘要
目的:探讨回医烙灸疗法对脊髓损伤后大鼠神经功能修复的影响。方法:采用Allen's法制备急性脊髓损伤模型。分为假手术组(A组)、模型组(B组)、激素组(C组)、造模2 h烙灸组(D组)、造模6 h烙灸组(E组),其中50只于第7、14、28、42、56天采用改良Ravlin斜板实验及皮层体感诱发电位CSEP检测。另外25只取损伤脊髓组织,电镜观察脊髓超微结构及TUNEL染色细胞凋亡评分。结果:Ravlin、CSEP、电镜观察及TUNEL染色细胞凋亡评分表明D、E组效果明显优于B、C组(P<0.05),且D组疗效最显著。结论:回医烙灸疗法对脊髓损伤大鼠神经功能的恢复有促进作用,且前期烙灸干预的效果好于后期干预。
Objective: To study the influence of Hui medicine Lao moxibustion to the recovery of neural function of rats of spinal cord injury. Methods: Allen's method was used to make the rats' model of acute spinal cord injury. Experimental animals were divided into fake operational group( group A),only model group( group B),hormone group( group C),treatment group by Hui medicine Lao moxibustion two hours after manufacturing model( group D),treatment group by Hui medicine Lao moxibustion six hours after manufacturing model( group E). Fifty of them in 7,14,28,42,56 days using modified Ravlin inclined plate experiment and cortical somatosensory evoked potential CSEP detection. Another 25 damaged spinal cord tissues were used to make the electron microscope ultrastructure in the spinal cord and TUNEL staining cells apoptosis rates. Results: Ravlin,CSEP,electron microscope and TUNEL staining cell apoptosis rates showed that the effect of D and E was significantly better than that of B and C group( P〈0. 05) and the effect of D group was most significant. Conclusion: Hui medicine Lao moxibustion can promote the effect on the recovery of neural function of rats' spinal cord injury. The effect of treating by Hui medicine Lao moxibustion in early stage is better than that in later stage.
