本文介绍了"近空间飞行器的关键基础科学问题"重大研究计划的立项背景、总体科学目标、总体布局、实施思路及总体完成情况,并概述了在该领域下一步发展的建议。
In this paper,the background, scientific objectives, layout,implementation ideas,and the overall outcome are introduced about the major research plan ＂Key fundamental Scientific Problems on Hypersonic Vehicle＂. The suggestion of future development in the relative fields are also offered.
