摘要 运载器电液伺服机构是一个涉及机械、电磁、液压等多学科的复杂系统,在运载器研制过程中需要使用电液伺服机构的仿真模型进行系统设计,模型的可信度就尤为重要。仿真可信度评估本质上是对模型与实物行为相似度的比较,样本数量越多,样本形式越丰富,评估的结论就会越可靠。论利用单机性能测试、半实物仿真与外场试验等多种数据源作为评估样本,针对数据特点选择秩和检验、TIC系数、谱估计等方法,最终得到了较为准确的、全面的可信度评估结果。 Missile electro-hydraulic servo is a complex system involving many subjects such as mechanics,electromagnetism and hydraulics.The simulation model is needed in the process of missile development for system designing,so the credibility of the model is particularly important.Model credibility evaluation is essentially a comparison of the behavioral similarity between the model and the material object.The more samples,the more sample forms,the more reliable conclusions of the evaluation.In this paper,we use performance test,hardware in the loop simulation and flight test as the evaluation samples,according to different data characteristics,we select rank sum test,TIC inequality coefficient and spectrum estimation method.Finally,a more accurate and comprehensive reliability evaluation result is obtained.
