摘要 心肌纤维化是多种心脏疾病进展过程中的一种病理变化,主要以细胞外胶质过量沉积、胶原容积分数显著升高及胶原比例失调为特征,可由缺血、缺氧、再灌注损伤等多种因素诱发,最终导致心肌功能下降及代谢、传导障碍.自噬是一种由溶酶体介导的高度保守的细胞机制,通过对细胞内一些生物大分子的降解,从而为细胞重建、再生及修复提供原料,实现细胞内蛋白质和细胞器再循环.基础水平的心肌细胞自噬能够降解并清除受损的蛋白质及细胞器,从而维持细胞的代谢及功能.有研究表明,心肌纤维化与心肌细胞自噬之间存在一定的相关性,且可通过对自噬程度的干预来调节心肌纤维化程度,这有望成为改善心肌纤维化及心功能的作用靶点.
