兰新客专无砟轨道结构纠偏技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 客运专线运营后,由于列车的动荷载和路基的不均匀沉降,无砟轨道线路常出现严重超限不平顺,严重威胁列车的运行安全。针对兰新客专无砟轨道黄土路基沉降引起的中线偏移,提出一种通过采用液压千斤顶群及钢构件对偏移段无砟轨道结构进行顶推纠偏,恢复线路平顺性的施工方法,探讨了整个施工程序和质量控制措施。 After the operation of high-speed railway,the track irregularity which exceeds the limit seriously often occurs due to the repeated load from high-speed train and the irregular settlement of the roadbed. This irregularity will seriously threaten the safety of train operation. Aimed to central line shift of Lanzhou-Xinjiang passenger special line caused by loess subgrade settlement,the displacement correction with pushing method was proposed,which adopted the hydraulic jack group and steel member. The whole construction procedure and quality control measures were discussed,which could provide reference for similar projects.
