摘要
由于社会与科学技术水平不断提升,各种建筑工程管理理念不断发展,运用功能成本分析法,降低建筑工程材料成本的管理工作,正向着高效、实用的方向发展,在保证良好的建筑工程质量安全的同时,实现高效的成本管理工作,特别是作为建筑工程管理的重要工作,运用功能成本分析法降低建筑工程材料成本的要求不断提升,传统落后的管理方式已经难以实现现代管理的需求。
the society and level of science and technology continues to improve,all kinds of construction project management philosophy of continuous development,the use of function cost analysis method,reduce the cost of construction materials management,is an efficient and practical direction,in order to ensure the good construction quality and safety at the same time,to achieve efficient cost management work,especially as an important work of construction project management,the use of function cost analysis to reduce the cost of construction materials requirements continue to increase,the traditional management mode has been difficult to achieve the demand of modern management.
