化学气相沉积铁涂层及其对碳化硅/高铬铸铁复合材料界面的影响

Effects of Iron Coating by Chemical Vapor Deposition on Interface Bonding in Silicon Carbide/High Chromium Cast Iron Composite

摘要 利用化学气相沉积技术,用氢气还原氯化亚铁,在碳化硅陶瓷表面制备铁涂层,确定适宜的工艺参数;研究铁涂层对碳化硅陶瓷/高铬铸铁复合材料界面结合的影响。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对样品的显微组织、物相和表面形貌进行分析。研究结果表明:采用化学气相沉积法在碳化硅陶瓷表面制备铁涂层适宜的工艺参数为:沉积温度650℃,保温时间30 min,此时获得的铁涂层均匀致密,纯度较高,且未与碳化硅反应。碳化硅陶瓷/铁复合材料界面结合良好,无明显的孔洞和裂缝等缺陷。 Using chemical vapor deposition technique, iron coating was prepared on silicon carbide ceramic substrate by the reduction of ferrous chloride by hydrogen. The suitable process parameters were determined. The effect of the coating on the interracial bonding in silicon carbide/high chromium cast iron composite was investigated. The microstructure, phase composition and surface morphology of the samples were analyzed by X ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the suitable process parameters to prepare the iron coating on the silicon carbide surface by chemical vapor deposition are as follows: the temperature of deposition is 650 ℃, holding time is 30 min. The iron coating obtained by these parameters is uniform and compact with a high purity, and does not react with silicon carbide substrate. The interface in siiicon carbide ceramic / iron composite is fine, and no obvious holes, cracks and other defects appear.
