摘要
以27CrMo低合金高强度钢为对象,研究了不同加热温度下该钢种平衡组织的成分变化。通过用差热分析方法(DTA)测定了其相变点。分别选择700、730、760、790、820、850、880、910、940℃作为实验的加热对比温度。结果表明:加热到不同温度并冷却后的平衡组织全部为珠光体和铁素体的混合组织。随着加热温度的升高,珠光体含量从700℃时的44.40%逐渐增大到940℃时的68.01%。
Taking low alloy high strength steel 27CrMo as object, the effects of different heating temperatures on the equilibrium microstrueture of the steels were studied. By difference temperature analysis (DTA), the transformation temperature was tested. 700℃, 730 ℃, 760 ℃, 790 ℃, 820 ℃, 850 ℃, 880 ℃, 910 ℃ and 940 ℃ were chosen as the contrast heating temperatures for experiments. The results show that the equilibrium microstrueture are all the mixture of pearlite and ferrite after heating to different temperatures and then cooling. The content of pearlite increases from 44.40% at 700 ℃ to 68.01% at 940 ℃ with the heating temperature increasing.
