摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血患者行钻孔引流术后的颅内压影响因素。方法将我院收治的128例高血压脑出血患者根据年龄、脑出血量、发病至手术时间等情况进行分组,监测不同分组患者术前、术后即时、24 h、48 h、72 h、1周的ICP值,并进行统计分析,比较年龄、脑出血量、发病至手术时间的颅内压特点。结果不同年龄组术前的颅内压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24 h、48 h、72 h、1周三组的ICP比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),年龄越大,患者颅内压在术后降低越慢。术前脑出血量越大,ICP值越高(P<0.05)。术前脑出血量越大,患者颅内压在术后降低越慢。患者术前的就诊时间越晚,ICP监测结果显示的ICP值就越高(P<0.05)。手术时间越晚,患者颅内压在术后降低越慢。结论颅内压与年龄、脑出血量、发病至手术时间有明显关系,可用于指导治疗。
Objective To Analysis the influence factor of drilling drainage treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage postoperative intracranial pressure.Methods 128 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,according to the age,cerebral hemorrhage volume,operation time divided into three groups.Monitoring intracranial pressure in different groups,and statistical analysis.Results Preoperative intracranial pressure comparing different age groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).The older in postoperative patients with intracranial pressure,the lower the slower.Preoperative cerebral hemorrhage,the greater the amount of ICP value is higher(P〈0.05).Preoperative cerebral hemorrhage,the greater the amount of the slower in postoperative patients with intracranial pressure decrease.Patients with preoperative visits the longer time,ICP monitoring results show that the higher value of ICP(P〈0.05).The longer surgical time,the slower in postoperative patients with intracranial pressure decrease.Conclusion Intracranial pressure with age,cerebral hemorrhage volume,operation time had obvious relations.
