摘要
为探讨直肠黏膜环切并侧方缝合悬吊治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效，回顾性分析86例直肠黏膜内脱垂患者行直肠黏膜环切术加直肠黏膜分段纵行缝合术治疗的临床资料。结果显示，86例中，治愈77例（89．5％），有效8例（9．3％），无效1例（112％），有效率为98．8％。无出血、感染、直肠阴道瘘等并发症。结果表明，直肠黏膜环切术加直肠黏膜侧方悬吊术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂疗效可靠，操作简便，术后恢复快。
In order to investigate the effect of ring resection plus lateral suture ＆ suspension of rectum mucosa in the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapse（IRMP）, authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 86 cases who had received above combined surgery.As results,in the 86 cases 77 were cured （89.5%）,8 of effective （9.3%）,1 of non-response（1.2%） ,and effective rate was up to 98.8% ;no bleeding, infection and rectovaginal fisulta etc. complications were found.Results show that above combined surgery for IRMP has realiable effect,its operation is simple and easy, and postoperative recovery also is rapid.
