摘要
通过测定40个思茅松无性系的松节油产量,研究其无性系间的遗传变异,并进行思茅松高松节油产量优良无性系选育。结果表明,所有无性系松节油产量均大于对照产量,较对照平均提高228.3%;思茅松无性系间松节油产量存在极显著差异,松节油产量的遗传力为0.84;初步选择出17个高松节油产量的优良无性系,入选无性系松节油产量的对照遗传增益为350.3%。其结果为思茅松的遗传改良和早期选育提供参考。
This study measured the turpentine yield of 40 high-resin-yield clones and a control,analyzed the genetic correlation among these traits. The superior clones were selected for high-turpentine-yield. The result showed that the turpentine yield of every clone was higher than that of the control,and the average turpentine yield was 228. 3% higher than the control. The turpentine yield among the clones had a significant difference. The family habitability was0. 84. Seventeen superior clones with high-turpentine-yield were selected,and the genetic gain to the control was350. 3%. The results could provide reference for genetic improvement and early breeding of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis.
