摘要
扶贫开发事关全面建成小康社会,扶贫开发贵在精准,"十二五"期间河北省的扶贫工作取得了很大的成绩,但面临的扶贫任务依然很艰巨,要求我们各级党委和政府在政治、经济和社会、生态等多个方面对扶贫开发作好定位,积极探索经济效益、社会效益和生态效益有机结合的精准扶贫新路径。
The poverty alleviation project is closely related to the construction of a moderately prosperous society. The effect of the poverty alleviation project lies in precision. During the 12th five-year plan, Hebei Province has made great achievements on the anti- poverty work. Even so, the work of helping the poor is still an arduous task. Therefore, Party committees and governments at all levels should be well positioned to help the poor politically, economically, socially and ecologically. Meanwhile, we should actively explore a new path of targeted poverty alleviation with an organic combination of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.
