摘要
采用有限元软件Abaqus建立T形管节点非线性有限元模型,分析主管预加轴力的T形管节点在冲击荷载作用下的抗冲击性能。经试验验证表明,模型准确可靠,可用于钢管结构抗冲击分析研究。通过分析主管预加轴力管节点的破坏模态,研究管节点截面变形发展、局部与整体变形、能量耗散等抗冲击性能指标,获得了T形方钢管节点在冲击荷载作用的失效机理,预加轴力增大管节点的变形,并降低了其承载能力。
A nonlinear finite element model was developed by using software ABAQUS to analyze the impact behavior of steel tubular T-joints with axially pre-loaded chord.The model was verified with test results,which showed that it was reliable with high accuracy to analyze the effect of axially pre-load on impact resistance of tubular joint.By analyzing the failure mode,the development of deformation,local and global deformations and energy dissipation,the failure mechanism of T-joints with axially preloaded chord was determined.The results showed that axially pre-load can increase the deformation of tubular joints and decrease the load carrying capacity.
