摘要
目的利用"中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)",分析徐浩教授治疗高血压性眩晕的处方用药规律。方法选取徐浩教授治疗高血压性眩晕处方147首,通过用药频次统计、关联规则分析的数据挖掘方法,对徐浩教授治疗高血压性眩晕的处方进行分析。结果总结徐浩教授治疗高血压性眩晕的常用药物共151种,使用频次前7位分别为天麻、牡丹皮、当归、茯神、葛根、川芎、桑寄生。常用药对为:天麻-钩藤,当归-川芎,远志-茯神,天麻-葛根。常用的药物组合为"天麻→钩藤","牡丹皮,钩藤→天麻","川芎,炙黄芪→当归","当归,茯神→远志"。核心药物为:天麻、葛根、当归、茯神、川芎。结论通过数据挖掘技术以药侧证,梳理徐浩教授治疗高血压性眩晕的常见证型及每种证型所适用的人群,实证当以平肝潜阳、祛瘀化痰治其标,虚证当以益气养血、滋补肝肾治其本。
Objective To analyze professor Xu Hao＇s prescription regularity in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo by using traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）inheritance auxiliary system（V2.5）.Methods One hundred and forty-seven professor Xu Hao＇s prescriptions for hypertensive vertigo were selected and analyzed using a variety of data mining methods such as herb use frequency count,association rules.Results Results showed that there were 151 kinds of herbs that were commonly used by professor Xu Hao for hypertensive vertigo,and the top seven were Tianma,Mudanpi,Danggui,Fushen,Gegen,Chuanxiong,Sangjisheng.Tianma and Gouteng,Danggui and Chuanxiong,Yuanzhi and Fushen,Tianma and Gegen were the most commonly used herb pairs.And the most frequently used herb combinations are Tianma and Gouteng,Mudanpi,Gouteng and Tianma,Chuanxiong,Zhihuangqi and Danggui,Danggui,Fushen and Yuanzhi,Tianma,Gegen,Danggui,Fushen,Chuanxiong were the core drugs used.Conclusion By analyzing professor Xu Hao＇s prescription regularity in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo using data mining methods,we summarized the common TCM syndromes of this disease and target population for each syndromes.Therapeutically,professor Xu Hao treated hypertensive vertigo with excess syndrome mainly by pacifying the liver to subdue yang and dispelling stasis and resolving phlegm,while treating the deficiency syndrome by tonifying qi and nourishing blood,nourishing liver and kidney.
