摘要
血管结构与功能的稳态平衡是人体生理活动的重要基础,而越来越多的研究认为微小RNA(miRNA),尤其是miRNA-126,在血管的生成和修复过程中起着关键性的作用,是维持血管稳态的重要组成部分。因此,该文对miRNA-126在血管稳态中发挥的具体作用机制进行阐述。
Vascular structural and functional homeostasis is the fundamental basis of the physiological activities of human body.More and more researches have demonstrated that microRNA(miRNA),especially miRNA-126,plays a key role in the process of vascularization and repairing.It is a vital part of maintaining vascular homeostasis.Consequently,this review aims to elucidate the mechanism underlying the role of miRNA-126 in vascular homeostasis.
