以无锡地铁车辆段工程为背景,从车辆段关键线路、工期影响因素、工筹管理经验等方面,探讨了地铁车辆段工期策划管理的方法,旨在协调安排工程的建设进度,实现工程的工期目标。
Taking the Wuxi metro depot engineering as the background,from the depot key lines,construction period influence factors,construction equal management experience and other aspects,discussed the construction period planning management method of metro depot,to coordinate and arrangement the engineering construction schedule,gained the engineering construction period goal.
