摘要
介绍了建筑项目工程管理的特征,针对项目管理过程中存在的主要问题,从落实各项制度、施工人员培训、材料管控、施工技术等方面,提出了加强工程质量管理的措施,有利于实现建筑企业的持续发展。
This paper introduced the characteristics of construction project engineering management,according to the existing main problems in project management process,from the implementation of each system,personnel training,materials management and control,construction technology and other aspects,put forward the measures to strengthen the engineering quality management,conducive to the realization of sustainable development of construction enterprises.
