摘要
社会信息化发展及高校人事制度的改革要求高校人事档案工作进行相应的信息化建设,本文阐述了高校人事档案管理信息化建设的必要性及长远意义,初步分析了信息化建设的内容,指出高校人事档案在信息化建设过程中可能遇到的问题及相应对策。
The informatization development of society and innovation of personnel system in colleges and universities demand the personnel archives to be informatized. This paper first elaborates the necessity and the long-term significance of the informatization construction of personnel archives in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the content of the informatization construction. At last, it points out the possible problems and corresponding countermeasures in the process of informatization construction.
