摘要
档案是社会经济发展情况的重要载体,是国家的宝贵财富,做好档案安全工作是推动档案事业发展的前提。档案馆作为档案资料的储藏地,对于保护档案具有义不容辞的责任。然而近些年来,自然灾害一直是档案馆的难题。从突发性自然灾害入手,针对其特点,尝试构建一套基于突发性自然灾害的档案馆风险预警机制。
Archives are the important carrier of social economic development and invaluable national property. The archive safety is the precondition to promote the development of archival cause. As storage site of archival materials, archives have a duty-bound responsibility to protect archives. However, natural disasters have been a challenge to archives in recent years. This paper studies the features of sudden natural disasters and attempts to build a risk pre-warning mechanism in response to sudden disasters for archives.
