摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸联合人工泪液滴眼在干眼症患者中的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年7月中国人民解放军第456医院眼科收治干眼症患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用人工泪液滴眼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗前SIt、BUT与FL指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后SIt(6.89±0.99)mm、BUT指标(6.07±0.70)s,高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FL评分(1.74±0.82)分,低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后疗效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论干眼症患者在人工泪液滴眼治疗基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment effect of herbal fumigation and artificial tear mytear eye drops in patients with xeroma. Methods 120 cases of patients with xeroma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group were treated with artificial tear mytear eye drops, while the observation group were treated with Herbal fumigation and artificial tear mytear eye drops, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the differences in the Sit, BUT and FL between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and after treatment, the Sit and BUT were respectively（6.89±0.99）mm and（6.07±0.70）s in the observation group, and the FL score was（1.74±0.82）scores in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group（P〉0.05）, and the effective rate at 1-month after treatment was higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 76.67%）. Conclusion The effect of herbal fumigation and artificial tear mytear eye drops in patients with xeroma is ideal, which is worth promotion and application.
