加拿大职业教育模式的探索及对我国的启示

摘要 加拿大职业教育模式在全球久负盛名,呈现出全民参与、政府主导、法治保障、校企共育等特色.它的成功经验启示我们要革新教育理念,优化人才培养方案;调整课程设置、考核体系和实习计划,加强就业指导;完善立法支撑、经费保障和优惠政策,调动企业参与实践教育的积极性;企业院校通力配合,不断提升顶岗实习的质量. The model of talent cultivation for vocational education in Canada is very famous in the world. It features all-people participation, government leadership, law-guaranty and school-enterprise cooperation. We can gain much enlightenment from the successful experience on vocational education in Canada. Colleges and u-niversities should renew conceptions of education and optimize the talent training scheme, adjust curriculum and assessment system as well as apprenticeship system, strengthen the employment guidance, and secure a legal guarantee and funds guarantee to manage skills development and training in order to motive the enthusiasm of enterprise in practical education. Meanwhile, universities and enterprises ought to get into mutual full- coopera-tion and full-support binding to improve the quality of post exercitation.
