摘要
目的了解近年来我国社区压疮的研究现状，为今后开展社区压疮照护提供参考。方法采用文献分析法，构建文献评阅数据库，以中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方、维普3个数据库为数据来源，以“社区”或“社区卫生服务”或“居家”或“压疮”“褥疮”“压力性溃疡”为检索词，检索2000—2015年的所有文献。结果共检索符合标准的文献101篇，依据文献的质量评阅标准最终入选分析52篇。结论我国社区的压疮管理首先要针对社区护士开展压疮专项培训，加强社区与上级医院的衔接与联动，构建社区一家庭一医院联动压疮防治管理网络，实施压疮延续护理，针对照顾者开展针对性的知识培训和技能指导，将压疮管理关口前移。
Objective To comprehend the current status of research on community pressure ulcers in China in recent years, so as to provide reference for developing community pressure ulcer care in the future. Methods Documentary analysis was adopted to construct a database of literature reading and appraisal. With three databases, China Journal Full-text Database （CNKI） , Wanfang Data, and VIP chosen as sources and searched with ＂community＂ or ＂ community health service＂ or ＂ home＂ or ＂ pressure sores＂, ＂ bedsores＂,＂ pressure ulcers＂ as index words, all articles from 2000 to 2015 were retrieve＆Results A total of 101 articles were eligible, and 52 were selected and analyzed according to quality standard of literature reading and appraisal.Conclusions Regarding community pressure ulcers management in China, firstly, special training should be conducted to community nurses; joint and linkage between communities and superior hospitals should be strengthened; a community-family-hospital pressure ulcers prevention and treatment management network should be built; continued nursing on pressure ulcer should be done; corresponding knowledge training and skill instruction should be given to caregivers; gate of pressure ulcers management should be moved forward.
