摘要
目的探讨接受采用自煎中草药治疗患者的中药煎服依从性现状，并分析其相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计的《中草药煎服依从性调查问卷》，对上海市3家中医院的406例门诊患者进行调查，分析调查数据。结果患者煎服中药汤剂依从性总得分为（11.0±2.2）分，患者煎药的依从性得分为（4.7±1.8）分，依从性好的占25.6%；服药依从性得分为（6.3±1.1）分，依从性好的占57.4%。影响患者煎服中药汤剂依从性的主要因素有患者年龄、家庭月收入、患者的身体状况及家庭常住人口数。结论患者煎服中药汤剂的依从性不容乐观，管理者可根据相关影响因素，制定有效管理体系，加强患者的社会支持，提高中草药煎服的依从性。
Objective To investigate patients＇ ＂compliance with Chinese medicine decoction, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A survey was conducted in a sample of 406 patients in 3 TCM hospital in Shanghai. Data were collect by Information table of patients who receive Chinese medicine decoction and analyzed. Results The total score of patients＇ compliance with Chinese medicine decoction was （ 11.0± 2.2）. Score of patients＇ tisane compliance was （ 4.7 ± 1.8 ）, with 25.6% having good compliance ; score of patients＇ medication adherence was （6.3±1.1）, with 57.4% having good compliance. Patients＇ compliance with Chinese medicine decoction was affected by ages of the patients, family monthly income, patients＇ physical status, and number of family members. Conclusions Patients＇ medication compliance is unsatisfactory. With the influencing factors considered for management system and better social support, patients＇ compliance will be improved.
