摘要
目的:探讨在胸痹患者中应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗的临床效果,以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2014年4月~2016年4月在医院接受治疗的60例胸痹患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组30例患者应用常规西药治疗,观察组30例患者应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗后患者的睡眠质量。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,对照组的治疗总有效率为70.00%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),表明观察组的睡眠质量优于对照组。结论:在胸痹患者中应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合西药治疗,临床疗效确切,能明显改善患者的睡眠质量,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective： Study in chest pain patients in application of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of clinical effect and influence on sleep quality of patients. Method： 60 cases of chest pain patients from April 2014 - April 2016 at the hospital as the research object. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 30 cases, control group of 30 cases of patients with conventional western medicine treatment, observation group of 30 cases of patients with application Gualou Xiebal Banxia decoction combined with western medicine treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect and the treatment of patients with sleep quality. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 70%, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （1~〈0.05）; After treatment, the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, which showed that the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Application of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine therapy in patients with chest pain, clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients, it is worth in clinical application.
