摘要
目的:研究厚藤的化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从厚藤中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:batataosideⅡ(1)、batatosideⅢ(2)、stoloniferinⅩ(3)、stoloniferinⅨ(4)、3-羟基-5,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(5)、3,7-二羟基-5,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(6)、3,7,4'-三羟基-5-甲氧基黄酮(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:其中,化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in Ipomoea pes-caprae. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and their structures elucidated by physiochemical property and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were obtained and identified as batataoside Ⅱ( 1),batatoside Ⅲ( 2),stoloniferin Ⅹ( 3),stoloniferin Ⅸ( 4),3-hydroxy-5,7,4'-trimethoxy flavonoe( 5),3,7-dihydroxy-5,4'-dimethoxy flavonoe( 6),3,7,4'-trihydroxy-5-methoxy flavone( 7),daucosterol( 8)and β-sitosterol( 9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
