摘要
一个好的医生或医护人员,除了应有精湛的医术外,还应具有很强的责任心和高尚的医德,因此医学人文精神对于医护人员而言是不可或缺的,这不仅可以提高医疗服务水准,还能使医患关系更加和谐,提高医护人员和病人之间的相互信任。医学微生物学是基础医学中一门重要的学科,本文结合教学实践经验,探讨在医学微生物学教学中加强人文医学教育的必要性及途径,促进医学人文教育的发展。
A good doctor or nurse, in addition to have superb medical skills, also should have a strong sense of responsibility and noble medical ethics, therefore, the medical humanistic spirit is essential for medical stall; it can not only improve the medical service level, but also can make the doctor-patient relationship more harmoniously, and enhance mutual trust between doctor and patients. Medical microbiology is an important subject of preclinical medicine, cornbined with teaching practice experiences, this paper discussed the necessity and the methods to strengthen the medical humanities education in medical microbiology teaching, to expect to promote the development of medical humanistic education.
