摘要
近年来,随着人才市场竞争的逐渐加剧和本科生就业压力的不断加大,如何培养具有更强实践和研究能力的本科生成为各大高校日益关注的课题。基于化工类专业具有理论与实践联系较强的特点,在化工类专业学生培养过程以增加实践和研究环节为思路,以提升实践操作能力和研究创新能力为目标,提出几点设想:前移实践研究课程;建立全程导师制度;设置学期研究课题。
In recent years, with the increasing employment pressure of undergraduates and the intensified competition in the talent market, how to cultivate undergraduates with better practice and research ability has become the focus of the major Universities. Based on the strong connection between theory and practice of chemical engineering, in order to enhance the practical operation ability and research innovation ability, while links for ideas with increasing the practice and research in the process of cultivating students in chemical engineering, this paper puts forward some ideas : advance the practical research course; establish the whole mentor system: set the term research topic.
