摘要
急性肾功能衰竭,是指某一急性的伤害导致肾脏功能的快速进行性丧失。临床中许多疾病的后期均可引起动物发生本综合征,并且发病率和死亡率逐年升高。本文就一例犬急性肾衰竭的临床检查、实验室检查及临床治疗方法进行了简单论述,并对治疗结果进行分析,针对治疗方法及临床用药提出建议,希望对动物肾功能衰竭的诊疗提供一些参考。
Acute Renal Failure（ARF）,referred to as acute renal failure,referring to a rapid kidney function loss which is caused by an acute injury in kidney.Acute renal failure can be caused at later stage of many complaint clinic in clinics,and the incidence rate and the fatality rate caused by acute renal failure have been increasing steadily.During the exercitation in Lanzhou pet hospital,a five-year-old male chow was seriously attacked by acute renal failure while getting heart disease and prostatitis.After clinical examination,laboratory examination and special inspection,the chow was confirmed sicken acute renal failure.This paper analyzed clinical examination,laboratory examination and clinic treatment so as to provide opinions about therapies drug to cure acute renal failure more effectively.
