钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏和地塞米松霜治疗稳定期寻常性银屑病的自身对照研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏和地塞米松霜治疗稳定期寻常性银屑病的临床效果。方法抽取我院2013年4月至2016年5月收治的稳定期寻常性银屑病患者72例作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间将其分为对照组与研究组各36例,对照组采用地塞米松霜治疗,研究组采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率94.44%明显高于对照组77.78%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率8.33%明显低于对照组27.78%(P<0.05)。结论针对稳定期寻常性银屑病患者,钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗效果优于地塞米松霜,且不良反应少,值得临床应用。
