摘要
目的研究腹腔镜辅助经阴道子宫切除术患者的围术期护理方法及效果。方法 220例行腹腔镜辅助经阴道子宫切除术患者为研究对象,对所有患者实施针对性的生理、心理护理,给予整体护理和健康教育护理,观察护理效果。结果 220例患者通过手术治疗和护理干预,全部康复出院。结论腹腔镜辅助经阴道子宫切除术是治疗妇科疾病的重要微创手术,术前针对性的心理护理、术前准备、术后护理、出血与其他并发症的预防与观察是围手术期护理的关键。
Objective To study laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and effect nursing perioperative patients. Method 220 underwent laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy patients in this study, all patients implement targeted physiological, psychological care, given the overall care and health care education, nursing effect was observed. Result 220 cases of patients through surgical treatment and care interventions, all discharged. Conclusion Laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy is an important minimally invasive surgical treatment of gynecological diseases, preoperative targeted psychological care, preoperative preparation, postoperative care, prevention and observation of bleeding and other complications ofperioperative nursing.
