摘要
目的观察锁定钢板治疗下肢骨折的临床效果。方法取在我院住院治疗的下肢骨折患者45例作为观察组,并将同期44例下肢骨折患者设为对照组,给予对照组普通解剖钢板治疗,给予观察组锁定钢板治疗,对比两组的临床效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组优良率93.33%(42/45)明显高于对照组的79.55%(35/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.67%(3/45)显著低于对照组的27.27%(12/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板治疗下肢骨折,临床效果显著,并发症发生率低,具有极高的安全性,值得各大医院的临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the locking plate in the treatment of lower limb fracture clinical results. Methods Patients with lower extmnity fractures were treated in our hospital 89 cases of recent years, according to admission time has divided into control group （44 cases）,the observation group （45cases）,administered to the control group treated with anatomical plate ordinary, given the observation group locking plate for treatment, compared two groups of clinical effect and complication rates. Results The good rate of 93.33% （42/45） was significantly higher than the 79.55% （35/44）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Observer Group 6.67% complication rate （3/45） was significantly lower than 27.27% in the control group （12/44）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The locking plate in the treatment of lower extremity fractures, significant clinical effect, complication rate, with high safety, worthy of clinical application in major hospitals.
