摘要
目的 探讨多元化护理急救训练法在心肺脑复苏技术训练中的应用价值。方法选取2011年5月~2016年5月在我院工作的护理人员40例,依据训练方法将这些护理人员分为多元化护理急救训练法组(多元化护理组,n=20)和传统护理急救训练法组(传统护理组,n=20),对两组护理人员的操作时间、考核评分、单项技能、理论和急救综合能力考核评分、操作下患者的心肺脑复苏到心跳恢复时间、操作下患者的复苏成功情况、存活情况进行统计分析。结果多元化护理组护理人员的操作时间显著短于传统护理组(P<0.05);考核评分显著高于传统护理组(P<0.05);心外按压、EC手法开放气道、简易呼吸器应用、心电监护、气管插管术、电除颤等单项技能,理论、急救意识、心理适应能力、意外事件处置能力、团队合作能力、综合协调能力等理论和急救综合能力考核评分均显著高于传统护理组(P<0.05);操作下患者的心肺脑复苏到心跳恢复时间显著短于传统护理组(P<0.05);复苏成功率、存活率为55.0%(11/20)、35.0%(7/20),均显著高于传统护理组的35.0%(7/20)、15.0%(3/20)(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理急救训练法较传统护理急救训练法在心肺脑复苏技术训练中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of diversified nursing nursing first aid training in cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation technique training. Methods A total of 40 nursing staff from May 2011 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into diversified nursing first aid training group （diversified nursing group, n=20） and traditional nursing first aid training group （traditional nursing group, n=20）.The operation time, assessment score, individual skill, theory and first aid comprehensive ability assessment score of the nursing staff in two groups were analyzed. And the cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation to heartbeat recovery time,the successful recovery and survival of the patients under operation were statistically analyzed. Results The operation time of nursing staff in diversified nursing group was significantly shorter than that in traditional nursing group （P〈0.05）.The score in diversified nursing group was signifi- cantly higher than that of the traditional nursing group （P〈0.05）.Individual skills including extracorporeal heart com- pression, opening airway in EC way,application of a simple gas,ECG monitoring,tracheal intubation,defibrillation, and the assessment scores of theory and first aid comprehensive ability including theory,first aid awareness, psychological adaptability, accident handling capacity, teamwork, and comprehensive coordination capacity in the diversified nursing group were significantly higher than those of the traditional nursing group （P〈0.05）.The recovery time of cardiopul- monary cerebral resuscitation to heartbeat was significantly shorter than that of the traditional nursing group （P〈0.05）. The survival rate 55.0%（11/20） and survival rate35.0%（7/20） were significantly higher than those of the traditional nursing group 35.0%（7/20）, 15.0%（3/20） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diversified nursing first aid training method is more valuable than traditional nursing first aid training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
