摘要 尾矿的有效治理是矿业生产及环境保护的重要一环。结合西北地区某新建尾矿库工程,对该项目的设计与调试进行了阐述,分析了尾矿库设计及调试中可能出现的问题并提出了相应的策略,针对坝体安全提出了对于初期坝体透水层进行填堵的策略。根据现场运行结果可以看出,该策略有效地保证了坝体的安全,同时增加了尾矿回水系统的稳定性,且具有较高的操作性。对于今后同类项目具有相应的指导意义。 Effective treatment of tailings plays an important role in mining industry and environmental protec- tion. In this paper, the design and debugging of a new railings pond in Northwest China are presented. The.potential risks in the design and debugging of the railings pond are analyzed and the treatment strategies are also proposed. The strategy to fill up the permeable layer for the safety of starter dam in the paper has been proposed. According to the results from the project, the new methods can not only make sure the safety of dam body, but also confirm the stable operation for the backwater system. They show a high operability. The strategies have some guiding signifi- cance for the similar projects in the future and useful experience for the tailings pond construction.
